I offer individualized treatment plans to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals. I will help you develop healthy coping mechanisms and build your self-esteem.
Child Therapy
My goals in children therapy are to empower children to express themselves, build self-esteem, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and enhance their social and emotional skills.
Approach to Therapy
At Radiant Light Counseling, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and judgment-free space to explore their feelings and thoughts. We aim to be your go-to resource for marriage and family counseling. Our focus is on delivering compassionate, nonjudgmental, and individualized care that leads to positive outcomes.
I have almost two decades of experience working in mental health with clients from different backgrounds. I enjoy working through spiritual issues and can apply biblical and other spiritual principles to your treatment at your request. I often approach treatment holistically and use a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Emotion-Focused therapy in my practice. I am informed in internal family systems and enjoy doing inner child healing with my clients. I am comfortable working with clients from all worldviews, faiths, and orientations. Looking forward to helping you find your light!
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a practice that helps you focus on the present moment. It can be used to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and increase self-awareness.

We believe that laughter is the best medicine, and we use humor to help break down barriers and facilitate communication between family members.

How long does the process usually take ?
If you want, we’ll provide you with a free, personalized 15-minute consultation call to get you up and running as soon as possible. Most people begin to feel comfortable with the therapeutic process and really start opening up and working through deeper issues about 5 sessions in. They typically begin to feel some momentum building and change occurring in about the same amount of time.
Can I change through therapy?
Yes, therapy can help you change your life. It can help you to find relief from emotional pain and suffering, to develop skills to manage emotions and to create a life worth living. Making changes requires making new choices and the willingness to let go of old patterns and habits that are keeping you stuck. This can feel painful at times but you will find that over time the new choices and patterns feel like sweet relief!
How often do we meet?
I recommend at least one session per week. This will help you get into a routine and make progress faster. Scheduling frequency is completely up to you and I will support you in whatever decision you make. If you plan to use insurance, please contact them for further information regarding coverage.
What is your out-of-pocket rate for therapy sessions?
My out-of-pocket rate for therapy sessions is $100. This rate is applicable for clients who prefer to pay directly without involving insurance.
